After cooking/heating keep utensil on this instead of directly on Kitchen counter...very useful especially if you use carafe/ glass stovetop container to boil milk etc then this comes in very handy; after boiling instead of keeping ontop of cloth..use this
I love it. I bought a set for my room as well as for my parents. A very simply product. Sits firmly on a table, can take a lot of heat and is also good for opening tight jars.
